Armed with a Water Wolf underwater camera, we filmed some great footage recently of the carp feeding on our pack baits. In part 1 we see a trout ninja the bait soon after the cast, moving it a good foot away from the pack and perhaps costing us a bite.
You just never know what goes on, under the waves !
Hope you enjoy!

Excellent footage. Very entertaining and educational. What lake was the piece shot at,
and how did you set up the underwater scene.

The footage was shot at Adams County Fairgrounds, in Brighton Colorado. The shot was setup simply with casting out the Water Wolf camera, with a 13 ft rod, 50 lb braid, using the Water Wolf bottom kit. A 12″ hooklink to the bait. Once the rig hits the bottom we pulled it back in around a foot or two to ensure the bait was left infront of the camera. There is some luck in the footage – we had the camera cast out there multiple times over a 4 hour period until the batteries failed. Of the 4 hours footage, we only had carp in shot for perhaps the last hour. We couldn’t review the film until we got home and are always excited to see what we see.
