In this weeks opening episode of CarpQuest Season 5, we look back at the great time I spent with my brother Peter when he visited last summer. We had some excellent carp fishing adventures at Chatfield Reservoir, Adams County Fairgrounds and 11-mile reservoir. A dawn sunrise at the top of Pikes Peak and some amazing night photography.
We fished hard and long, through successful sessions to blanks. Some beautiful carp were landed, including a PB common for Peter at 23 lbs and a great 24 lb common for me.
We met a fellow anger from England, Pete McKenna, and got in a great afternoon session with him. Andrew, a long time CarpQuest regular, also made an appearance at the Fairgrounds.
Hope you enjoy
